Development dominoes: Another building to be razed for downtown Duluth corporate tower project

When the developers of the downtown Duluth corporate tower bought the Palladio Building in October 2012, they didn’t know if they would need it for the project. But as the design for the $70 million tower and parking ramp was revised in recent months, it became clear it would be. Besides the former KDLH-TV building at 425 W. Superior St., the Palladio Building next to it also would need to be razed to make way for the new construction.
