Sunday's weather for Duluth and the Northland: Cold continues; more snow?

Today, the polar jet stream will start to form a trough over the southwestern U.S. Low-pressure systems often are “born” in these troughs. Today, there’s a 30 percent chance that such a low will bring us a 30 percent chance of 1-2 inches of new snow. The sky should be mostly cloudy.
