Grand Rapids police officer's use of weapon found 'reasonable and legitimate'

The Crow Wing County Attorney’s Office has determined that a Grand Rapids police officer used “reasonable and legitimate” force when he fired his weapon at a fleeing vehicle that tried to intentionally ram and run patrol units and civilian vehicles off the road on July 4.
