Local view: Racism exists, but it’s time to lead by example, not blame

I have been observing the UnFair Campaign with considerable interest. That racism persists is a perplexing problem. I laud the intent of the anti-racism adherents, having two nephews (one is my godson) who are young black men; I am proud of them and their aspirations. I have mentored and sent black youth to Camp Miller for many years.
