Field reports: Minnesota licenses now avialable via mobile devices

Published 07/14/2013, Duluth News Tribune

If you own a mobile device, you can use it to order licenses from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, according to DNR officials. Just go to mndnr.gov/buyalicense on your mobile device; you’ll be directed to a site compatible with mobile devices. After you buy your license, you’ll receive an e-mail and text with your license information; you won’t receive a paper license. If you’re stopped by a conservation officer in the field, just show the officer your e-mail or text confirming your license purchase.
