Lawyer compares Duluth head shop incense to hobby shop glue

Defense attorney Randall Tigue argued Thursday that Jim Carlson is no more responsible for his head shop customers ingesting products labeled “not for human consumption” than a hobby shop is responsible for someone sniffing glue or a drug store is responsible for an alcoholic drinking its rubbing alcohol.
