Reward grows for nabbing whoever shot, decapitated bear in Wisconsin

A black bear was shot while it hibernated in western Wisconsin and then decapitated, a gruesome and illegal act that has prompted conservation officials to announce a significant increase in reward money for information leading to the capture of whoever carried out the crime.
