Duluth breaks April snowfall record with more still falling

Update: Duluth has a new all-time snowfall mark for April, shattering the old mark by 9 p.m. Thursday with 8 inches in the current storm to make the monthly total 32 inches. The old record was 31.6 inches, set in 1950.
