Budget cuts may mean fewer Duluth students can take 'zero hour' classes

It’s 8:10 a.m. on Thursday and Little Mob, one of the elite choirs at Denfeld High School, already is cranked up. Teacher Marcia VanCamp runs the students through vocal exercises and movements before working up to songs from “Little Shop of Horrors” around the piano, and no one looks tired.
