Our view: Give DTA tools to deter bad behavior

Nearly always when Duluth Transit Authority officials ask someone to turn down their music or to otherwise improve their behavior, they do, a DTA official told the News Tribune for a story last week. But for that one in 10 who insist on being a problem while at bus shelters or other bus facilities, the DTA needs the ability to take action, including ordering them to leave.
