Chequamegon co-op offers micro-loans, grants

In an effort to support the local food system and increase the availability of local products, the Chequamegon Food Co-op in Ashland will offer $16,000 in micro-loans and grants this spring. These micro-loans and grants will be available to community members and businesses already working within the food system or those groups proposing local projects pertaining to food or wellness.
