Mass Ensemble is music within the context of architecture. The group, which includes music, dance and visual arts, is best known for its Earth Harp, a room-sized string instrument. In a previous Duluth concert, the instrument has gone from the floor to the rafters — with an audience beneath it — at Clyde Iron Works.
