Wednesday's weather for Duluth and the Northland: Small chance of flurries

Today's weather story is a tale of two pressure systems. The dominant one is a dome of Arctic high pressure that brought the cold snap. The other is an upper level trough of lower pressure trying to sneak by. It's a daunting task for a light low to overtake a heavy high, so today’s snow chance is only 30 percent.
