Reader's view: Voter amendment will give Legislature blank check

If you believe we have a serious voter-fraud problem in Minnesota and need to pass legislation to prevent it, you shouldn’t vote for the proposed constitutional amendment. By passing this incomplete, poorly conceived, ambiguously worded amendment, you’ll give the next Legislature a blank check to make changes you may not want or support.
