Minnesota DNR commissioner shares his thoughts on state’s first wolf hunt

When Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Commissioner Tom Landwehr goes on the road, he often stops at area DNR offices or connects with various members of the outdoors community along the way. On a work-related trip to the North Shore on July 20, Landwehr stopped by the News Tribune to talk about the state’s upcoming wolf season. This will be the first managed hunting and trapping season the state has held for wolves.
