Reader's View: Cravaack land-swap bill could keep programs in schools
In the past couple of years there has been much discussion about the Red Plan, the cost of it and what it would or would not do for the students of Duluth. I find it interesting that during these discussions we never heard much about school trust fund lands, which were established in 1858 so revenue from them could benefit the public school systems of the state (MN Statue 127A.31).Word count: 285
