Wednesday's weather: Bitter cold, snow on the way

We’ll start to see more southerly winds today and that will pump up temperatures to near 20 this afternoon. A clipper will be moving in from the west and will bring us a 40 percent chance of snow accumulating to about a half-inch. This clipper will help usher in very cold air, lows will be down to 14 below zero Thursday morning.
