Duluth Police Chief Gordon Ramsay recently wrote a commentary for the Duluth Budgeteer (published Sunday, Nov. 20 on page A7) about the dramatic increase in Duluth's deer population. His assessment of the city bow hunt, deer/car collisions and the out-of-hand population of deer are all right on the money.
