At 80, and needing a cane to get around, Jean Endrizzi is under doctor’s orders not to drive what she calls her “cute red convertible” — a PT Cruiser. When she needs to get out, she qualifies for the Duluth Transit Authority’s STRIDE service. Sometimes she takes a taxi or catches a ride with family or friends.Word count: 631
