Duluth settles with Johnson Controls for $2.3 million

Duluth Mayor Don Ness announced this morning that the city has reached a $2.3 million settlement with Johnson Controls, putting to rest a long-running legal battle over about $3.8 million in improvements made to the Duluth Steam Cooperative’s facilities.Word count: 144
