Duluth’s Loren Martell has been on a letter-writing campaign, urging his “fellow citizens” to express their dissatisfaction with School Board member Tim Grover and Grover’s representation — or lack of representation, in Martell’s mind — of central Duluth. Martell urged writers to send missives to Grover via the school district’s offices at Old Central. The letters could then become part of the public record, Martell envisioned.Word count: 638
