Cloquet resident Kristine Schaak won her new job by making an open-face steakhouse mushroom burger with creamed spinach on grilled Texas toast. If that wasn’t enough, she sealed her position as executive chef at the soon-to-open Trapper Pete’s Steakhouse & Saloon with her grilled Bananas Foster served in a martini glass.Word count: 900
