Good news, Duluth drivers: Woodland will be fixed soon

The bumpy stretch of Woodland Avenue, from Kent Road to Arrowhead Road, has been on the city’s “to-do” list for years. Now, the nearly one-mile corridor will be rebuilt over the next two summers at a cost of $4.5 million.
