As Duluth's public schools lose kids, charter schools are growing

The growth of area charter schools in the past 10 years suggests more families are finding a fit outside the traditional Duluth school district. As enrollment figures have dropped in Duluth public schools the number of students choosing charter schools has been rising or at least staying steady.
