She found a home in Rosemount

Published 01/15/2010, Rosemount Town Pages

Rosemount didn’t make a good first impression on Helen Judkins. Judkins and her husband moved to Rosemount in August of 1954, when his job as a tinsmith brought him to Genz Ryan. The house was surrounded by mud. The refinery east of town was belching out fumes.
