Pilot project seeks to notify pesticide applicators of chemical-sensitive crops in state
WORTHINGTON — After a late-season “soft launch” last August, the Minnesota Department of Agriculture is joining the ranks of several other Midwestern states in encouraging growers of specialty crops to improve the lines of communication in hopes of preventing chemical drift from impacting commercial fields of fruits and vegetables.
