WORTHINGTON — There were people at Worthington who were amused. I know this. By the years immediately following World War II, Worthington was accustomed to a marching band 90-strong moving in a fast-paced phalanx along 10th Street in black wool uniforms with red and white piping and playing a Sousa march. “Stars and Stripes Forever.”Word count: 701
