Don’t just quit smoking, become a non-user – take the first step and give up tobacco for 24 hours. May 31 marks the 25th annual “World No Tobacco Day.” This day is set aside to help tobacco users abstain from tobacco use for at least 24 hours and of course to start the journey of becoming a non-user.
