New Year’s list of things to do for seniors in 2012

This is the time of year that we all talk about New Year’s resolutions. Let’s try to make some positive changes in our lives in 2012. First off, give yourself permission to relax. We all enjoy our activities more if we aren’t exhausted. Take time to enjoy a hot cup of tea or hot chocolate. Sip slowly, prop up your feet for a while and enjoy your favorite book.
