Wrong way once, going twice

Published 11/07/2011, River Falls Journal

River Falls police say a 20-year-old university man allegedly drove the wrong way on one-way Spring Street just before 1 a.m. Friday. Before he could be pulled over, the suspect turned onto Second Street and was spotted driving north in a southbound lane. Again, before he could be stopped, the driver allegedly turned, bumped over the raised median and crossed into the parking lot of First National Bank. He drove to a parking space and stopped on his own.
