Teens can make commercial for MTV

The Minnesota Department of Public Safety is asking Minnesota teens to make a TV commercial promoting seat belt use. The winners of the “Buckle Up, Teens! TV Commercial Challenge” will receive $1,000 and have their commercial aired on MTV during the Video Music awards this summer.
