Borderline Philharmonic to perform Friday night

The Borderline Philharmonic will perform a free outdoor concert at 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10 at Hoot Owl Resort (16 miles north of Park Rapids on Highway 71 and 16 miles west on Highway 113). The orchestra includes 40 plus amateur and professional musicians from the Twin Cities, Michigan, Indiana, North Dakota and other states. They reunite each year at the resort to rehearse for the week and enjoy the north woods.
