Brucellosis order lifted for Montana

A North Dakota order imposed more than a year ago that required Montana cattle imports to test negative for brucellosis has been lifted in all but seven counties near Yellowstone National Park. Federal officials lifted export restrictions on Montana’s cattle industry in July after they declared the state free of the livestock disease.
