Release denied in fraud case

FARGO (AP) — A judge says a man who eluded authorities for nearly two years on investment fraud charges must stay in jail until his trial. Neville Solomon is accused of bilking investors from North Dakota and elsewhere out of millions of dollars. He has pleaded not guilty in federal court to four counts, including wire fraud and conspiracy to defraud the United States.Word count: 127
