N.D. House reconsiders wrong vote on flag bill

A measure that promotes American-made American flags has been reconsidered after the North Dakota House approved the wrong version of the bill. As approved by the Senate, the bill says state and local governments cannot buy the Stars and Stripes unless the flag is made in the United States.
