Bars preparing for change after approval of smoking ban

North Dakota voters on Nov. 6 decided 66 percent to 34 percent to ban smoking in all public places and workplaces, including bars, through Measure 4. This ban takes effect 30 days after the election, meaning that by Dec. 6 all bars must be smoke free.Word count: 519
