Inspector: Water plant needs changes

The Jamestown Water Department may be facing the need for a million-dollar upgrade, according to information was presented to the Jamestown Public Works Committee during its regular meeting Thursday. Richard Wagner, project engineer for AE2S Engineering, said an inspection by the North Dakota Health Department had found problems with an outdoor water storage pond.
