City’s weather ties second-warmest winter in records

It is official: the last three months’ warm temperatures are destined for the record books. “Jamestown tied the second warmest winter on record,” said Rob Kupec, meteorologist with Forum Communications Co. “We averaged 21.7 degrees for the months of December, January and February.”Word count: 178
