Hearings scheduled on 2 N.D. power line projects

North Dakota regulators on Wednesday scheduled a new round of hearings on the location of a new, 260-mile electric transmission line that would stretch from west-central North Dakota to Grand Forks. Separately, the state Public Service Commission set another public hearing on a smaller power line project that is intended to feed wind-generated electricity to markets in Minnesota.Word count: 417
