Storms stress livestock in N.D.

The Agriculture Department says late-January storms halted the much-delayed corn harvest in North Dakota and added stress to livestock. The department said in its weekly crop report that power outages in western and south central North Dakota also caused worries about water availability for animals.Word count: 105
