Two injured in McHenry County crashDEVILS LAKE, N.D. – Both drivers were injured when two cars collided Sunday at an intersection in McHenry County.
The accident occurred at the junction of North Dakota Highway 20 and 24th Street Northeast, 12 miles north of the town of McHenry, according to Sgt. Robert Kennedy of the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
David Jones, 38, of McHenry was traveling northbound on Highway 20 to the Tolna area. Patricia Anderson, 76, of Tolna, who was eastbound on a county road, failed to yield at the intersection and struck Jones on the driver’s side of his vehicle.
Both drivers were taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Devils Lake and are listed in stable condition. The crash remains under investigation .
