Fargo man sentenced to 9 years in child porn caseFARGO – A Fargo man was sentenced in U.S. District Court here to nine years in prison for receiving and possessing child pornography.
According to a statement released by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Fargo:
Investigators executed a search warrant at the home of Aaron J. Olson, 34, and seized a computer and 37 DVDs collectively containing more than 300 videos of child pornography.
In addition to the prison sentence, Judge Ralph Erickson sentenced Olson to seven years of supervised release and ordered him to pay a $200 special assessment to the Crime Victim’s Fund.
