Jacob HassebrockJacob Hassebrock, son of David and Stephanie Hassebrock, Fargo, has earned the rank of Eagle Scout. He received the award at a Court of Honor ceremony on March 22 conducted by Troop 214 at the Jon Wanzek Center for Scouting, Fargo.
Jacob started scouting with Cub Scout Pack 235 in Fargo in 2002. He completed his Arrow of Light and joined Troop 214 in 2007. He served as troop den chief, patrol leader and camp SPL and crew leader. He is also a brother of the Order of the Arrow. He earned his Triple Crown Award and 50-miler before completing his Eagle project, which was several improvements for the Mississippi Headwaters Hostel at Itasca State Park, including building bike racks/ski racks, a new clothesline and new planters.
Jacob will graduate from Fargo North High School in June and will begin his freshman year at North Dakota State University this fall.
