Rau’s OT goal clinches Big Ten for Gophers

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Kyle Rau scored the game-winning goal in overtime as Minnesota defeated Michigan 3-2 on Friday to clinch the Big Ten Conference’s first-ever regular-season men’s hockey title.

Brady Skjei and Justin Kloos each scored a goal for the Gophers (25-4-6, 14-2-3 Big Ten), while Adam Wilcox made 22 saves.
