2nd Chance Career Fair today at Fargodome

FARGO – The Fargo-Moorhead Coalition for Homeless Persons is holding a Project Community Connect and 2nd Chance Career Fair from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at the Fargodome.

The event brings together volunteers, service providers and employers to connect people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to vital services and jobs.

The career fair will help people with barriers to employment make connections with businesses and employers willing to give them a second chance. Employers will be on hand to accept applications and provide interviews to those in attendance.

Among the services provided today are free haircuts, a professional clothing closet and a resource area for help with resumes, interview coaching and more.
