For the period of Jan. 27 to Feb. 25 (* denotes a felony conviction that will become a misdemeanor by disposition if probation is successfully completed; ** denotes a deferred imposition, which means the conviction may be removed from their record if they successfully complete probation):

Robert Richard Abel, 37, Fargo, refusal to submit to on-site screening or chemical test and possession of drug paraphernalia, $3,035 fines and fees with $535 waived, two years prison with all but 366 days suspended, supervised probation for two years, concurrent with other count.

* Bryan James Bakken, 36, Hutchinson, Minn., theft of property, $535 fines and fees with $500 waived, $905 restitution, one year jail with all but 306 days suspended, supervised probation for one year.

* Damian Roy Barglof, 23, Fargo, unauthorized use of personal identifying information and forgery or counterfeiting, $870 fines and fees waived, 200 days jail.

Julian Dean Bernath, 37, Fargo, possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia, $500 fees waived, five years prison, concurrent with both counts.

** Ashley Kae Broderson, 18, Fargo, possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, $1,000 fines and fees, supervised probation and deferred imposition for two years.

Silas Duke Cavanaugh, 19, St. Michael, N.D., robbery, $785 fees waived, $1,609 restitution, four years prison with two years suspended, supervised probation for two years.

Charles Thomas Cree, 25, Dunseith, N.D., robbery, $560 fines and fees, 366 days prison.

Ryan Mark Devine, 37, Kindred, N.D., delivery of a controlled substance, $1,035 fines and fees, two years prison with all but 95 days suspended, supervised probation for two years.

* Cody Michael Fremont Foster, 21, Fargo, two counts criminal conspiracy, two counts unauthorized use of personal identifying information and one count possession of drug paraphernalia, $535 fines and fees, $1,130 restitution, one year jail with all but 19 days suspended, supervised probation for two years, concurrent with all counts.

Walter Joseph Ganyo, 32, Fargo, two counts burglary and two counts theft of property, $1,070 fees waived, $1,000 restitution, four years prison with two years suspended, supervised probation for two years, concurrent with all counts.

** Cody Roger Godel, 28, Fargo, possession of drug paraphernalia, $500 fines and fees, supervised probation and deferred imposition for 18 months.

* Aaron Scott Grendahl, 32, Fargo, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, $535 fees waived, 90 days jail, concurrent with both counts.

* Elvis Hasimovic, 21, Fargo, four counts criminal conspiracy, $750 fines and fees, $45,623 restitution, one year jail with all but 90 days suspended, supervised probation for five years, concurrent with all counts.

* Jeanine Marie Haugen, 47, Fargo, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, $500 fees waived, one year jail with all but nine days suspended, supervised probation for one year, concurrent with both counts.

* Jeremy Lee Honnold, 24, Horace, N.D., possession of a controlled substance, $635 fines and fees with $35 waived, one year jail with all but seven days suspended, supervised probation for 18 months.

** Tiara Rae Howes, 19, Bismarck, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, $525 fines and fees with $400 waived, supervised probation and deferred imposition for two years.

Randy Dean Klugman, 33, Jamestown, N.D., possession of certain materials prohibited, $535 fees waived, five years prison with all but two years and 315 days suspended, supervised probation for two years and 315 days.

* Nicholas Wayne Krejce, 26, Detroit Lakes, Minn., possession of a controlled substance while operating a motor vehicle, $535 fines and fees with $35 waived, one year jail with all but four days suspended, supervised probation for one year.

* Michael Gabriel LaCroix, 36, Moorhead, criminal conspiracy, $810 fines and fees, 180 days jail, supervised probation for two years, concurrent with other count.

Dustin Lee Miller, 34, West Fargo, two counts possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, one count delivery of a controlled substance and one count endangerment of child or vulnerable adult, $1,820 fines and fees with $1,320 waived, two years prison, concurrent with all counts.
