Mantador man faces West Fargo charges of felonious restraint, domestic aggravated assault, menacingWEST FARGO – A Mantador man arrested Friday by police here faces charges of felonious restraint, domestic aggravated assault and menacing.
According to a release from West Fargo police:
A woman went to the Police Department about noon Friday to report that her ex-boyfriend had physically assaulted her and held her against her will for a couple of days.
After an interview with the woman, West Fargo police officers and the department’s K-9 unit were deployed to the 700 block of 16th Avenue Court West, where they believed the suspect, Jordan Hejtmanek, 26, of Mantador, was hiding.
The K-9 unit entered the residence and found Hejtmanek in the attic. The dog bit Hejtmanek on the shoulder when he failed to surrender.
Officers arrested Hejtmanek and transported him to Essentia Health for minor injuries before he was transported to Cass County Jail.
