Pair from Fargo arrested on drug charges in Barnes County
On Tuesday, Semereab Tesfaye, 25, was charged with three felony counts of possession of a controlled substance or drug paraphernalia, and two misdemeanor charges in Barnes County District Court.
Jolynn Hughes, 33, was charged with three felony counts of possession of a controlled substance or paraphernalia, and three misdemeanor charges including ingesting a controlled substance.
Tesfaye was a suspect but never charged in the stabbing death of David Delonais in Fargo in 2009.
He was also charged with assault and robbery in 2012. Those charges were eventually dropped.
