Attorney recertified in elder law advocacy

Susan E. Johnson-Drenth of JD Legal Planning, Fargo, has been recertified as an elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, a division of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

She is the only certified elder law attorney in North Dakota.

To qualify, an attorney must be certified by the board for five years and must also complete an approval process, submit peer references and show proof of continuing legal education in the field and substantial work in elder law matters.
