Hires and promotions (Feb. 15)Five promoted at First State Bank of ND
First State Bank of North Dakota has promoted Dave Zetocha to senior vice president/ loan officer, Derrick Rogers, Amy Wadeson and Breanne Carlson to assistant vice president/loan officer and Amber Amundson to assistant vice president/ loan processing manager.
Zetocha has been with FSBND since the purchase of First State Bank of La-Moure in 2002. He works at the Oakes bank.
Rogers joined FSBND in 2011. He works at the Buffalo bank.
Wadeson has been a loan officer with FSBND Enderlin since the purchase of Cornerstone Bank in 2010. She has 20 years of banking experience.
Carlson recently joined FSBND in the Lisbon branch and has more than eight years of banking experience.
Amundson works in Casselton in the loan processing center. She joined FSBND in 2007.
Three new staff members at Eide Bailly
Cornell Hofer, Paul Schulz and Trudy Wilmer have joined Eide Bailly’s office in Fargo.
Hofer serves as maintenance technician, Schulz is a health care consulting manager and Wilmer is an audit associate.
Schulz is a graduate of North Dakota State University and Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Wilmer has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from MSUM and has more than 20 years of accounting experience in corporate, nonprofit and public accounting.
Two hired at CoreLink Administrative Services
CoreLink Administrative Solutions, Fargo, has hired Zach Heller and David Williams as test engineers.
Heller graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College, Moorhead, with a degree in computer programing. He has been involved in the tech industry for the past eight years at Nokia/Navteq.
Williams graduated from Colorado State University- Global, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business management. He previously worked as a test analyst at Noridian Mutual Insurance Co.
Maxwell named agent at Jack Chivers Realty
Jennifer Maxwell has joined Jack Chivers Realty in Detroit Lakes, Minn., as a real estate agent.
She is a native of Las Vegas, where she worked in the real estate industry for eight years, selling condos, new construction and custom-built homes.

Discovery Benefits, Fargo, has hired Shari Richardson and Salum Rajabu as benefit account managers.
Riniker promoted at Northwestern Bank
Northwestern Bank has promoted Leah Riniker to assistant vice president-operations at the Moorhead branch.
Riniker is a native of Waubun, Minn., and she earned a degree at Interstate Business College.
She started her banking career as a customer service representative before moving into loan operations. She has more than 16 years of banking experience.

Lakeland hires adult services practitioner
Lakeland Mental Health Center, Moorhead, has hired Sarah Carlson as an adult services practitioner.
Carlson earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from North Dakota State University and she previously worked for Access of the Red River Valley, Moorhead.
Gausman hired as VP of service at DMS Health
DMS Health Technologies, Fargo, has hired David Gausman as vice president of service.
Gausman has more than 27 years of experience managing cardiac cath labs, most recently as the cardiac services director at Sanford Medical Center.
He has a bachelor’s degree in applied health, a registered nurse degree and a master’s degree in health care.
Gate City promotes Lick to office manager
Gate City Bank has promoted Carrie Lick to office manager of the bank’s new Veterans Boulevard West Fargo location.
Lick has worked at Gate City Bank since 2001 and was previously the senior customer service and sales supervisor at the bank’s West Fargo office.
A native of Hankinson, N.D., Lick has a degree in banking and finance from the North Dakota State College of Science. She is currently attending the Dakota School of Banking.
Applied Engineering hires design engineer
Jacob Vigness has joined the Applied Engineering team in Fargo as a design engineer.
Vigness graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

Maribeth Joraanstad has been hired as an accountant at the Bank Forward administrative office in Fargo.
Joraanstad has a bachelor’s degree from North Dakota State University with majors in accounting and management and a minor in fraud investigation.

Allyson Schaan has accepted the position of residential coordinator with Fraser Ltd., 2902 S. University Drive, Fargo.
Schaan graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
Vibra Hospital hires nurse practitioner
April Qualley has been hired as a nurse practitioner at Vibra Hospital, Fargo, a 31-bed acute care hospital for patients requiring medically complex care. It is located on the second floor of Sanford South University Hospital, Fargo.
Qualley is responsible for managing the hospital’s wound care program and to oversee clinical care process improvements. She has 20 years of nursing experience in the inpatient and outpatient care settings.
She has a master’s degree in nursing from the University of South Alabama with a specialty focus on adult and geriatric primary care. She is also a certified wound ostomy nurse.
Managing partner named at New York Life
Jason Metzger has been named managing partner of the North Dakota general office of New York Life Insurance Co., Fargo.
Metzger has worked at New York Life’s Austin, Texas, general office for the past three years. Originally from Jamestown, N.D., he is a graduate of Valley City (N.D.) State University.
He began working for New York Life in 1997 in Jamestown.
